We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives on shipping quick and wants to join a team where AI shapes the way they work, not just what they build.

You'll be working across a up-to-date .NET backend and React frontend, deployed on AWS, in a team that moves quickly and expects you to keep up. This isn't a place for coasting, it's fast-paced, genuinely challenging and best suited to someone who wants to be stretched rather than parked.

What you'll be doing:
Building and shipping features end-to-end across .NET and React
Working in AWS-hosted environments, with real ownership over what you build
Using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow, not bolted on, baked in
Solving problems in a team that values speed, autonomy, and getting it right

What we're after:
Strong commercial experience with .NET and React
Comfortable in AWS (or keen to get there rapid)
Genuinely curious about AI and how it changes the way we build software
Someone who thrives on pace and complexity rather than being worn down by it
