Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is looking for an energetic and drivenTraining Specialistto join their team!
In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in developing and facilitating system, process and skills training for Samsung Electronics Australia staff and associated partners.
Responsibilities
Assess training needs, identify gaps and address issues.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop relevant materials.
Coordinate and execute training plans, both face-to-face and virtually.
Gather feedback and provide post-training delivery analysis.
Respond to and follow up training requirement via email, phone and site visits.
Attend training sessions to facilitate training on thereafter.
Nurture business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You




Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or similar.
A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
Desire to develop and facilitate training of the highest quality.
Excellent presentation skills to audiences of all sizes.
High-level verbal and written communication skills.
