This role is perfect for someone wanting to supplement their current caseload, work around family commitments, or gain experience in a truly multidisciplinary paediatric environment.

About Us
Neurodiverse Playhouse is a holistic allied health practice supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents and their families through evidence-informed, play-based and neuroaffirming care.
Our multidisciplinary team includes Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Art Therapists and Paediatric Podiatrists, working together to help children thrive.
Rather than focusing on deficits, we celebrate each child's strengths while helping them develop the foundations for everyday life.
The Role
Working Saturdays, you'll provide engaging, child-led Exercise Physiology sessions with children and adolescents presenting with:
Autism
ADHD
Dyspraxia / DCD
Hypermobility
Toe walking
Motor coordination difficulties
Emotional regulation challenges
Low muscle tone
Balance and coordination difficulties
You will primarily deliver our highly regardedSensory Motor Program, incorporating movement, play, primitive reflex integration principles, coordination, strength, balance and functional skill development.

About You
You are:
ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Passionate about working with children and adolescents
Warm, playful and able to build rapport quickly
Neuroaffirming in your approach (or excited to learn)
A great communicator with families and colleagues
Curious and committed to ongoing career development
A team player who enjoys collaborating with other disciplines
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience in paediatrics
Experience working with neurodivergent children
Knowledge of motor development or primitive reflex integration
NDIS experience

National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
