Our client is an Australian fashion retailer has been a recognisable name for over 30 years. With stores across the country and a long-standing presence in the market, it has remained a consistent player in Australian retail.

The Role

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will report to a talented manager. Your role will include, but will not be limited to the following duties:
Full function Accounts Payable
High volume invoice processing
International payment runs
Petty cash reconciliations
Supplier statement reconciliation
Supplier & customer liaison and inbox management
Month-end assistance

Your Background





In order to be a successful applicant for this role, you will possess the following attributes;
Prior experience in a full function AP role
Intermediate excel skills (pivot tables and Vlookups)
Experience with Apparel 21 software or within a retail setting will be highly regarded
Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Happy to travel to the office 5 days per week
Australian Citizen or PR
