An exciting chance has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a rapidly growing FMCG business. Due to an immediate need, the role will start on a temp to perm basis.

Having grown significantly through acquisition in recent years, the business has ambitious plans to continue expanding, with a goal of doubling revenue over the next three years.

This is a hands-on commercial finance role where you'll partner closely with operational leaders to drive performance, improve profitability and support strategic decision-making across one of the group's manufacturing businesses.

The Role Reporting to the CFO, you'll be a key finance partner to the Site and Supply Chain leadership teams, with responsibilities including:
Business partnering with site leadership to drive commercial outcomes
Ownership of the site P&L;
Product costing and BOM management
Analysis of capital investment and spend
Margin and profitability analysis
Supporting recent product development (NPD)
Delivering meaningful commercial insights and financial analysis
Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes,



reporting and controls as the business continues to integrate recent acquisitions

About You To be successful, you'll ideally bring:
Experience within FMCG or manufacturing
Strong product costing and inventory knowledge
Experience partnering with operational and supply chain stakeholders
Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision-makers
A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine desire to improve business performance
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
