Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 150 properties

Portfolio predominantly across Geelong with a small portion in the Bellarine
n
End-to-end portfolio management
n
VA support handling a large portion of the administration
n
Manage your own leasing
n
VCAT when required
n
No Saturday opens
n
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
n

About The Candidate
n
We're looking for someone with a great attitude first and foremost. You'll ideally have:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' current Property Management experience
n
Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
n




Solid understanding of Victorian residential legislation
n
Confidence managing an end-to-end portfolio
n
VCAT experience
n
A positive, flexible and team-focused approach
n
Ability to work autonomously from home
n
Your own reliable vehicle
n
Ideally based in Geelong, Bellarine or Melbourne's West due to the location of the portfolio
n

Work Environment

Up to $95K + super
n
Car allowance within the package
