We are seeking a reliable, caring and safety-focused Special Needs School Bus Driver to join our team based at our Dandenong Depot.

Position Details

Location: Dandenong, VIC
Hours: Monday to Friday
Morning Shift: 6:45am – 9:45am
Afternoon Shift: 2:05pm – 5:05pm

This role is ideal for parents returning to the workforce, or anyone looking for consistent hours with school-friendly schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Safely transport students with special needs to and from school.
Provide a positive, supportive and respectful experience for students.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle safety checks.
Follow designated routes and schedules.
Work closely with bus aides, parents, schools and management.
Ensure compliance with all road safety and company procedures.

About You
Hold a current MR Licence (or higher).
Have a current Driver Accreditation (or be willing to obtain).




Hold a valid Working with Children Check.
Demonstrate patience, compassion and excellent communication skills.
Maintain a skilled and reliable approach to work.
Have a solid commitment to safety and customer service.
