We're seeking an experienced T45 Blast Hole Driller to join a high-performing drill and blast team at a mine site located approximately 50km from Kalgoorlie.

This is an excellent chance to secure ongoing work with a well-established mining operation, offering competitive pay, FIFO from Perth, and adaptable roster options.

The Opportunity As a valued member of the drill and blast team, you'll be responsible for operating a T45 blast hole drill safely and efficiently while delivering production targets and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a T45 blast hole drill
Read and interpret drill patterns, site plans and blasting specifications
Conduct pre-start inspections and assist with routine maintenance of drilling equipment
Support daily drill and blast activities across site




Work in accordance with all site safety procedures and operational requirements

About You
To be successful, you will have:
Proven experience operating a T45 Blast Hole Drill
Current unrestricted Driver's Licence (HR licence highly regarded)
A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and productivity
A current National Police Clearance
The ability to work effectively in a remote mining environment
