The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. He/she will use their interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and provide a solution to their technical problems quickly and professionally.

Responsibilities:
Removing old systems
Installing recent systems
Performing routine maintenance
Training junior team members
Communicating with clients and customers
Ordering and maintaining equipment
Meeting local HVAC codes
Running pipe and duct systems through homes
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
Understanding refrigeration cycles
Knowing how to interpret various technical data,



such as pressure and temperature

Requirements:
Three years of related technical support experience
Technically savvy with strong project management skills
Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions
The ability to explain to a non-technical person in a way they will understand
