The Role:
Harmony Early Education Varsity Lakes is growing our team, and we're looking for experienced, confident and passionate Educators who genuinely love what they do.
We're looking for people who are more than just present in the room,



we want Educators who see what needs to be done, take initiative and contribute to a strong team culture.
We'd love to hear from you if you are someone who:
Is confident, reliable and takes initiative
Has solid supervision and awareness of their environment
Builds genuine, nurturing relationships with children
Understands that children's safety and wellbeing always come first
Is passionate about creating beautiful, meaningful learning environments
Communicates confidently with children, families and colleagues
Can work collaboratively and support others without needing to be asked
Is open to feedback and genuinely wants to continue growing
Takes pride in their studio, outdoor environments and the wider service
Brings positive energy, consistency and professionalism to their role
We're especially interested in experienced Educators who are ready to come in, contribute and make a difference.
About You:
You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning.
You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported.
You also have:
A Certificate III, Diploma,



or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).
Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.
A commitment to child and cultural safety.
An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.
