What You'll Be Doing
Timely Delivery Coordination: Work with respective teams to ensure every car is ready on time for delivery
Customer Handovers: Welcome customers with warmth, walk them through their new ride, and make the experience unforgettable
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle last-minute hiccups with calm, confidence, and creativity
Quality Checks: Do final inspections and documentation to make sure every vehicle meets our high standards
Liaise & Coordinate: Work closely with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to keep things running like clockwork
Be the Energy: Bring joy, excitement, and bubbly energy to every customer interaction — you're the face of the final experience!




You're Perfect for This Role If You Are:
Bubbly, friendly, and full of positive energy
A natural problem-solver who can think on your feet
Proactive and independent — you own your tasks and follow through
Detail-obsessed — nothing gets past you, especially when it comes to presentation and quality
Punctual and process-driven, especially in fast-paced environments
Comfortable talking to customers and making them feel special
Organized and efficient, able to juggle multiple deliveries with ease
Bonus points if you have experience in car handover, delivery, dealership roles, CX, or logistics
Available for Rotating Roster: Be open to working on a rotating shift schedule as part of a dynamic delivery operations
