Assist in the execution of the plans and strategies developed by the Store management team and execute store functions in relation to operational efficiency that impact the overall quality of customer experience including ensuring excellence in all areas and maintaining Canada Goose's expectations of quality and authenticity.What You'll DoStore Financial Performance:Contribute to the store's overall target by achieving productivity standardsAchieve or exceed personal sales targets that may vary depending on seasonalityEngagement:Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with brand ambassadors and the store management teamAttend and participate in all store meetings, events,



and product knowledge sessionsDemonstrate values and behaviors consistent with Canada Goose's cultureOperational Excellence:Compliant with store operating procedures to minimize store shrinkHandle all Point of sale (POS) transactions in compliant with company standardsEnsure overall accuracy in inventoryEnsure proper organization and accessibility of Canada Goose's productsProcess inbound and outbound shipment; replenishment, damages, return to vendor, etc.Support in the upkeeping overall physical store maintenance and standardsResponsible for maintenance of the Visual merchandise directivesOther responsibilities may be added to meet the needs of the businessCustomer Experience:Ensure an outstanding customer experience through operational efficiency (such as: stock room management, cash wrap experience and sales floor best practices)Drive our Net Promoter Score (NPS)Let's Talk About YouAt least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer focused environmentExperience working with affluent and luxury brands is an assetHigh-volume traffic experience is an assetAbility to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak and holiday)Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environmentGood understanding of inventory management and point of sale systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf motivated,
