About the AMP Graduate Program
You'll join us as a full-time permanent employee, in February **** at our head office in Sydney.
Our structured program runs for two years and includes up to four rotations across your business stream.
You'll also complete a bespoke development program including workshops, technical training, customer immersion and participation in a Business Improvement Project and presentation to the CEO and Executive Committee.
This combination of practical work and development activities, and with the support of the program manager, mentors from across AMP, a buddy from the previous graduate cohort and the AMP Graduate alumni community, you will be set up for career success.
Accounting & Finance Graduates obtain hands-on foundational accounting experience within AMP Finance, ensuring they have a breadth of experience for a successful career post program. The skills learnt on the rotational program align with the qualified study of the CA which is completed as part of the graduate program. Graduates will be financially supported in their completion of the CA program.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the **** graduate program, you must:
Be an Australian citizenship/permanent residency or New Zealand citizen
Have completed (or be completing) your first bachelor's degree in **** or ****. For the Accounting & Finance program, you must have successfully completed an accredited degree and pre-requisite subjects that allow them to enrol in the CA Program.
Recruitment process and key dates
1. Submit your application today via the AMP careers portal
2. Complete your Digital Assessments including a cognitive assessment and video interview. Invitations will be sent from 21 July ****
3. Attend your Virtual Assessment Centre on Wednesday 10 September ****
4. Welcome to AMP! Successful candidates will be invited to meet each other and the AMP team at a welcome event at Quay Quarter Tower on Tuesday 16 September ****
