Job Description
The QEII Jubilee Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager - Workforce to provide strategic and operational leadership across the Nursing Workforce Service, coordinating Casual Nursing Pool, Permanent Relief Pool and AIN Nursing Support Service.

You will lead workforce planning, staffing strategies and resource management across nursing services, working with nursing leaders to ensure the right workforce meets service needs and organisational priorities.
