They're looking for a polished, confident and easy-going Delivery Lead to bring clarity, structure and momentum across their key platforms — Salesforce, NetSuite, D365 and more.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on communication.
You'll be presenting to senior stakeholders, reporting on progress, shaping expectations and keeping everyone aligned.
Strong delivery skills matter — but your ability to communicate clearly, calmly and professionally matters even more.
What you'll be doingEstablish easy, effective delivery frameworks and ways of working
Run planning sessions, manage prioritisation and keep backlogs healthy
Drive governance, reporting and transparency for senior leaders
Work closely with customers, operations and tech teams to keep work moving
Remove blockers, manage dependencies and keep delivery predictable




Champion continuous improvement and support delivery teams
What you'll bringExperience as a Delivery Lead / Program or Portfolio Manager
Exceptional communication and presentation skills — polished, clear and confident
Ability to translate delivery details into business-friendly updates
Experience delivering across Salesforce, NetSuite, D365 or similar
Comfortable managing multiple streams and competing priorities
Experienced working with cross-functional teams and vendors
Skilled with Jira, Confluence and delivery reporting tools
