Corporate Legal Secretary (3-Month Contract) – Global Law Firm
Are you an experiencedLegal Secretarylooking for a dynamic short-term opportunity?
Our client is a prestigious global law firm, looking for someone to become an integral part of theirSydney secretarial teamfor a3-6 month contract.
About the Role:
Provide high-level administrative support totwo partners and a team of associates
Managediary and email coordination, meeting and travel arrangements
Handledocument production, amendments, and electronic/hard filing
Assist withmonthly billing, expense reconciliation, and financial reporting
Collaborate with other teams and secretaries in acollegiate work environment
About You:
Minimum 3 years of legal secretarial experienceideally in a Corporate team
Strongorganisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency inMS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems ideally Aderant
Available to start work in the Sydney office from the 20th of June
Ateam playerwith a flexible, proactive, and client-focused approach
