About the Chance

The Randy Maiden Agency, an independently owned Brightway agency in Melbourne, FL, is hiring a licensed sales producer for a full time, in-office position. You'll have Brightway's carrier network and agency infrastructure behind you, with earning potential that isn't capped.

Core Duties
Sell auto, home, and life insurance to new and existing customers
Follow up on and convert leads passed along by the agency
Have honest coverage conversations that fit the customer's real needs
Consistently meet or beat monthly production numbers

Qualifications
Must hold an active P&C; license
1�3 years of prior insurance or sales work preferred
Robust verbal communication and a consultative sales style
Motivated to work independently toward clear goals
