Monday to Friday | 5 days per week

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Echuca team in a permanent part‑time role.

About the Role

As a Permanent Educator, you’ll support children’s learning and wellbeing through engaging, play‑based experiences. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a calm, nurturing setting where children feel safe, confident, and encouraged to explore.

You’ll play an important role in building strong relationships, supporting daily routines, and contributing to a consistent, high‑quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support play‑based learning aligned with the EYLF
Build robust, positive relationships with children and families
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
Assist with observations and documentation
Work collaboratively within a supportive team
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and care

About You
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Must have completed National Child Safety Training + Victorian Child Protection Training
Warm, caring, and approachable nature
Reliable and team‑focused
Passion for supporting children’s learning and development




Solid communication skills
Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
