This leading Engineering and Industrial Service company is seeking an experienced and trade-qualified (preferable fitter/turner) Production Supervisor to lead a small team on the workshop floor, coordinating workflow, and ensuring production targets are met.
Full time, Monday to Friday day shift role with occasional Saturday
Monday to Thursday: 6:30am to 4:00pm
Friday: 6:30am to 3:15pm
Market-competitive salary based on experience (negotiable)

About the Role
Supervising daily workshop production activities
Leading and supporting a team of trades and production staff
Allocating work and managing workflow to meet deadlines
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Monitoring productivity and driving continuous improvement
Assisting with problem-solving and technical support on the floor
Liaising with management regarding progress and resourcing needs
About You
Trade-qualified in Fitting & turning or relevant mechanical trade
Previous experience in supervisory or leading hand role within manufacturing, engineering or fabrication workshop
Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
