Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception, answer phones, and welcome visitors
Coordinate office administration
Organise stationery and office supplies
Support onboarding for new employees
Coordinate professional profile updates




Arrange domestic travel bookings
Assist with health and safety administration
Liaise with suppliers and tradespeople as required
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in an Office Administration or similar role
Experience coordinating travel bookings
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience working in a professional services environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesPositive attitude, adaptable and team-focused approach
