We're partnering with a leading financial services business to recruit an experienced Change Lead for a 12-month daily rate contract, working on a large-scale regulatory compliance program kicking off shortly.
About the Program
You'll be joining at thevery beginningof a major, enterprise-wide initiative - owning theend-to-end change strategyand execution acrossmultiple workstreams, alongside a team of Change Managers.
This program has both regulatory and transformative business outcomes at its core.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead full lifecycle change delivery across a multi-stream, cross-functional program
Shape and execute strategic change enablement plans (readiness, engagement, learning)
Partner closely with senior executives to influence decision-making under tight timeframes
Balance regulatory urgency (APRA, ASIC, etc.) with long-term transformation goals
Drive measurable outcomes – adoption, behaviour shift, and performance uplift
Support sponsor alignment and readiness frameworks during the early shaping phase
Proven experience leading large-scale regulatory change programs (12+ months)
Strong background influencing at the executive level and managing trade-offs
Expertise in navigating ambiguity, resource constraints, and evolving program scope
Financial services industry experience is highly regarded
