Better Care Community Support Services – Newcastle NSW is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to provide Individualised Living Options (ILO) support and community access for NDIS participants. You will work on a rotating roster with day, afternoon, evening and sleepover shifts, developing independence, building relationships and promoting wellbeing in a supportive, inclusive team.
Experience in mental health support and NDIS funding knowledge is preferred.
