Your Role
Are you ready to turn data into action? We're looking for a passionate data expert to support our Workforce Management Forecasting teams and the wider business by delivering trusted reporting, insights, and analysis. Your unique contribution will be building reliable, automated data solutions that empower smarter decisions every day.
In this role, you'll design and develop SQL queries and data visualisations that enable self‐service analytics for stakeholders. You'll streamline reporting, investigate anomalies, and provide clear commentary on performance metrics.
You'll be the go‐to advisor for data‐driven insights, helping shape strategies and improve performance. If you love solving problems, automating processes, and making data work harder for the business, this is your chance to make an impact.

This is a permanent role based near any of our major centres across Australia.
About You
Ability to work independently or as a team as required
Ability to communicate with varying levels of management
Strong oral & written communication to convey insights
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to translate business needs into data & reporting requirements
Quickly assimilates large quantities of information and identifies key relevant data and issues




Identifies multiple options for addressing problems; determines the benefits and risks associated with each.
Makes good decisions despite constraints such as time pressure or incomplete information
Recognises when more information is needed before a sound decision can be made
Is adaptable enough to produce either an in-depth, thorough analysis or a quick assessment of available information
Advanced SQL
Data Visualisation e.g. Tableau
Database design
Reporting design
ETL experience
