Responsibilities
Support global benchmark studies and surveys through managing data requests, support of study administration and the study platform (Medallia)
Support the collection, administration, and interpretation of study data
Support project management of complex PM initiatives including coordinating with other internal teams, developing messaging and training, and analyzing data




Collaborate with GCG team to design and build practice management tools and resources for advisors and aligned firms
Qualifications
1-4 years' professional experience
Team-oriented: ability to establish effective relationships, gain commitment and credibility and work effectively across internal constituencies
Highly collaborative with the ability to work in a team workplace
Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Analytical and quantitative skills combined with creative problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented while maintaining a big picture focus
Strong interpersonal communication, verbal, and written skills
Proactive in nature and can work equally well in a team environment and independently
Focused on customer needs with the ability to build trust and confidence
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
