We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven
General Manager
to lead Greenstreat's expanding network of Victorian stores and play a key role in shaping its next phase of growth.
This role is ideal for a hands‐on, people‐focused leader who thrives in a dynamic environment — someone who knows how to inspire teams, drive performance, and balance strategy with day‐to‐day execution.
What You'll Do
Lead daily operations across multiple stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and robust financial performance.
Drive results through clear KPIs, coaching, and accountability.
Support Store Managers with rostering, labour planning, and operational improvements.
Build and mentor high‐performing teams that reflect Greenstreat's values and purpose.
Oversee compliance, food safety, and workplace standards across all locations.
Partner with the executive team on catering, partnerships, and community initiatives to grow the brand.
Monitor budgets, labour costs, and store profitability, implementing initiatives for ongoing improvement.




What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a General Manager, Area Manager, or Senior Operations Leader in hospitality, food retail, or QSR.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a collaborative mindset.
Deep knowledge of compliance, food safety, and operational best practices.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‐solving abilities.
Hands‐on and adaptable, with a focus on growth and continuous improvement.
Experience in catering, events, or business development is highly regarded.
