Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for service and warranty enquiries — responding fast, finding faults, and offering smart solutions.
Schedule and prioritise jobs for our Field Technicians to keep everything flowing smoothly.
Process warranty claims and liaise with suppliers for quick resolutions.
Provide clear product advice and quotes to customers — and follow up to get results.
Keep accurate records, track job progress, and support internal teams with technical insights.
Help drive improvements across systems, service quality, and customer experience.
What You'll Bring
Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or customer support.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills — ideally in a technical or product-based environment.
Great communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy: confident with Microsoft Excel, Dynamics, and Office 365 preferred.
A proactive mindset — you're someone who sees a better way and makes it happen.
