Overview
The Y NSW Ettalong, New South Wales, Australia is hiring a permanent part-time Educator to support children at OSHC services in Ettalong, with Before School Care and After School Care responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Provide fun and engaging activities for primary school age children
Help design a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging program activities
Support the OSHC Coordinators to ensure high-quality services and the safety and wellbeing of developing young minds
Work closely with children and families, sharing guidance and passion to help children grow
Role Details
Position: Educator - Children Services (OSHC)
Hours: Before School Care ********* AM; After School Care ********* PM, Monday to Thursday
Location: Ettalong, NSW
Contract: Permanent part-time

You will help design a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging program activities
Reporting to the Coordinators of our OSHC centres; you will be one of over 200 educators who support children across NSW
You will be able to follow our development pathways to learn new skills and build your career

To be Successful in This Role, You Will Have
Experience supervising and interacting with children
Ability to follow safeguarding priorities
Availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care hours
Current First Aid HLTAID012 and CPR
Valid Working with Children Check
Police Check (paid for by the Y)
