About the role
As Georgiemane's PR & Partnerships Manager, you play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, PR moments, and copy across all channels. From planning brand events and coordinating giveaways to managing creator relationships and negotiating usage rights – you help bring Georgiemane to life in ways that drive brand awareness, build community, and strengthen engagement across every touchpoint.
You'll work closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and wider internal teams to ensure all campaigns and content are executed with intention and align with Georgiemane's tone and values.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
Prospect, source, and pitch Georgiemane to aligned talent
Negotiate deliverables and fees with influencers and agencies
Brief content creators to ensure output is clear, engaging, and on‐brand
Review and approve all influencer content for brand consistency
Manage incoming influencer content, including negotiating usage rights for Georgiemane's own social channels to repurpose content for paid ads
Giveaways & Brand Collabs
Identify and reach out to like‐minded brands for collab giveaways across Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Groups, and TikTok
Handle all comms and planning with partner brands




Create engaging social assets or partner with our creative team to bring campaign visuals to life through clear and on‐brand briefs
Coordinate logistics, select winners, and ensure timely prize fulfillment
Copywriting & Campaign Support
Write monthly captions across IG/FB that sounds like us
Support all major product launches and sales campaigns with platform‐ready copy across IG, FB, TikTok, Threads, and FBG
Collaborate on creative brainstorming sessions for campaign ideation and execution
Public Relations
Plan and execute PR events that are fun and on‐brand
Work with PR agencies or internal teams to build and maintain brand reputation
Contribute to strategic PR calendars for launches, gifting, and seasonal campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and support the creation of video content (e.g. Reels, TikToks, and event coverage) that promotes brand campaigns, activations, and key moments
Essential Skills
2-4 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, social media, or partnerships (bonus if it's in beauty)
Proven experience with PR & Influencer marketing
Confident communicator with strong writing and negotiation skills
Obsessed with creators and what's trending on TikTok, IG and beyond
Super organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, partners and briefs with ease
Comfortable working with cross‐functional teams (marketing, design, customer service)
Confident appearing on camera when needed to represent the brand and bring its personality to life
