HSV is seeking an accomplished Head of Distribution Centre Operations & Process Excellence to lead two complex distribution centres in Derrimut and Dandenong. You will stabilise, optimise and scale operations while driving a major transformation agenda, with visible leadership on the floor and across teams.

You will build capability, embed disciplined processes and deliver safety, service, and cost KPIs in a regulated distribution workplace serving Victoria’s health system.
