Wellways is seeking a Recovery Worker in Victoria to support residents in our SRRP/PARC programs.
You will lead engaging groups, assist clinical teams, and help deliver high-quality recovery services on a rotating roster including weekday, weekend, and sleepover shifts.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, bringing robust communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive care.
Penalty rates, salary packaging, and perquisites enhance this meaningful role.
