This 12-hour day/night shift role reports to the Production Superintendent and focuses on delivering secure, reliable production and strong people engagement.
You will coach and mentor a dedicated crew, uphold high standards of process practice, drive continuous improvement and lead change initiatives using Alcoa tools and systems.
