Who we're looking for?
We're seekingOccupational Therapists who are eligible for relevant registration or membership.
Your Role
Conduct assessments and manage cases to support clients' recovery and return-to-work journeys
Build strong relationships with health professionals, employers, and insurers to achieve positive, client-focused outcomes

About the Program
Our 12-month New Graduate Program is designed to provide you with the mentorship, training, and hands-on experience needed to excel in your career.
You'll have access to industry-leading experts and develop your unique approach to workplace rehabilitation.

Online induction covering technical and soft skills
Daily on-the-ground support from your local peers and allocated mentor
Weekly 1:1 meetings with your Team Leader
Report writing training and support through our Quality Assurance Program
Months 3-6
3-month check-in to celebrate your progress
