The role focuses on autonomous, person‐centred coordination and care, with emphasis on delivering high‐quality services within funding requirements.
Ideal candidates hold a allied health or disability qualification, robust community engagement and solid communication skills, and a valid driver licence for community travel across Sydney and surrounding areas.
