As the successful candidate you will have:
10+ years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success in commercial insurance management
Product experience includingISR, Liability and Motor.
Willingness to undertake a 360 broking role including managing client visits and all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio
Networking and relationship building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to interact withManaging Directors, Insurance Managers, CFO's and CEO's of large enterprises




Ability to work in a team environment
Competent in IT and office procedures
Duties in this role will include:
Managing and maintaining an existing portfolio of commercial risks
Introduce new business and participate in marketing campaigns for recent and existing clients
Drive revenue growth in the commercial portfolio through achieving individual and team financial objectives and targets, including retention and growth targets
Planning and developing client retention strategies
