We are seeking an experienced
Data Engineer
to join a high-profile technology program delivering up-to-date data solutions in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration solutions
Develop and optimise ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, and storage
Build batch and near real-time data processing solutions
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver reliable data platforms
Ensure data quality, performance, security, and governance across data environments
Support cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, and data warehouses
Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and optimise performance
Contribute to automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
5+ years' experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused engineering role




Strong experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data orchestration workflows
Advanced SQL skills with experience across relational and NoSQL databases
Hands‐on experience with cloud data platforms such as
Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse
, or equivalent
Experience working with structured and semi-structured datasets
Good understanding of data modelling and performance optimisation
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data engineering
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

active NV1 Security Clearance
