Our client is a leading boutique project management consultancy with an established pipeline across tertiary education project from smaller up to $60m+.
They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their successful team in Sydney.
The candidate can come from a head contractor, or a client side/consultancy background however ideally will have some client side/consultancy experience.
Excellent progression opportunities available and interesting work load.
Ideally candidates will have experience on education projects however other sectors experience is also fine.
Years of experience: 3 - 7 years +
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Scope development
Managing regulatory approvals
Design co-ordination
Stakeholder management and liaison
Health and safety




Program management
Contract administration
Construction management of project delivery
Management of site variations and design changes
Cost management
Business Development
Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree qualification in Building, Construction Management, Project Management or similar
A minimum of 3-7 + years' experience in a client-side PM role, head contractor experience would also be ideal
Proven end to end project management skills from concept through to completion
Contract Administration experience
Exposure to program management, managing timelines and critical paths
Experience of end-to-end project management on a variety of building projects would be an advantage
Experience of running multiple smaller projects or larger projects
