Trinity Adventure Project in Brisbane is seeking an IT Assistant for an entry-level role. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff IT issues, log and resolve straightforward problems, and escalate more complex ones under supervision.
You’ll support laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room tech; assist with recent starter setups, accounts, and access management; and help staff use Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams. Training will be provided.
