Mission Australia is seeking a Residential Youth Worker for MAC River Residential Service in Dubbo. This role includes a rotating roster with day, evening, overnight, weekend and public holiday shifts.

You’ll support young people aged 13–18 in recovery, provide structure and positive role modelling in a therapeutic setting. Relevant qualifications in Youth Work or related fields are required, with First Aid/CPR and a full driver’s licence.
