Crown Resorts is seeking a full time Junior Sous Chef to support the daily operations of our Staff Dining kitchen, Bara, and to lead a high-performing culinary team delivering quality meals and exceptional service.
Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will oversee food production, uphold Crown's standards and policies, and contribute to financial, operational and people objectives.
Flexible availability across 7 days is preferred for this role.
