Cafe Sydney, perched atop Customs House with harbour views, is seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Front of House team as Section Waiters.
This full‐time role, paid hourly under the Restaurant Industry Award, operates on a five‐day rotating roster delivering premium à la carte service.
You will manage a section in a high‐volume setting (roughly 500 covers per day) with support from managers, ensuring accurate pacing, guest rapport and consistent service.
