ACC Benalla, is located at Benalla (2hrs north of Melbourne), and is a P-10, co-ed, Christian school.
Secondary year groups are being added each year until P-12 is catered for by ****.

As a part of your application, you must read and support the Child Safety & Wellbeing Policy and the Child Safety Code of Conduct.
Core Responsibilities & Duties
Meet with students and families to implement IEPs
Demonstrate a commitment to catering for diverse learning needs
Provide one on one and small group intervention
Keep up to date NCCD documentation
Plan and implement a range of teaching programs or courses of study;
Have the content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet the diverse needs of all students;
Demonstrate a commitment to improving professional practice through coaching and career development
Provide a child safe environment in accordance with the child safe standards;
Participate in child safety and wellbeing induction and training provided by the school;
Act in accordance with our Child Safety Code of Conduct;




Identify and raise concerns about child safety issues in accordance with our Child Safety Responding and Reporting Obligations Policy and Procedures;
Ensure students' views are taken seriously and their voices are heard about decisions that affect their lives;
Model and promote the vision and values of the school;
Teach an area of the curriculum to senior year levels;
Maintain records of class attendance and recording student progress;
Implement effective student management consistent with the school's strategic plan;
Attend and participate in staff meetings as required;
Be actively involved in regular staff devotions and prayer.
The Learning Support Role is part time, but can be negotiated up to full time with a classroom teaching load.

Evidence of the right to work in Australia
Proof of identity
Recognised teaching qualification
Clearance status of the Working with Children Check (where applicable)
Registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
Statements of service from previous child-connected roles
References from previous child-connected roles
You will:
Be a committed Christian, comfortable with sharing your faith
Be committed to improving student academic outcomes
Have high expectations for what students are capable of, both academically and behaviourally
Relate well to staff, students and parents.
Have a servant heart
Have demonstrated excellent organisational skills
Have experience in Years ***** (desirable)
