Founded in ****, we partner with the public sector, corporate employers, and leading fitness facilities across Australia and New Zealand to provide members with access to a wide range of gyms and wellness resources.
The Role
We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our marketing collateral and customer communications across our key customer segments.
This is a 3‐month fixed‐term contract, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, loves turning complex ideas into compelling messages, and can elevate how we present our brand across every touchpoint.
Contract: 3‐month fixed term; Location: Sydney, Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Assess all existing marketing collateral, messaging and touchpoints across the three core customer segments
Develop refreshed, segment‐specific value propositions and messaging frameworks to ensure clarity and consistency as we expand our product offering
Create new, polished collateral including brochures, merch, kits, pitch decks, sales one‐pagers, case studies and email templates for all customer segments
Strengthen and evolve our brand narrative to support growth and international market differentiation as we scale
Redesign template presentation decks for speedy reuse and automation across the product and sales teams
Implement Facility and Member engagement campaigns – tactical campaigns that drive app usage, facility visits and wellbeing engagement beyond just gym access
Enhance competitor differentiation – sharper messaging around what makes Fitness Passport different,



especially as we expand the wellbeing ecosystem beyond fitness
Partner closely with Sales, Facilities and Product to understand customer needs and refine messaging
Address employer monetisation positioning to justify the shift from free to paid without reducing pipeline
About You
Genuinely curious and passionate about health, wellness and fitness
3+ years' experience in marketing, brand or content roles, preferably in B2B or SaaS
Strong writing and communication skills, able to tailor messaging for different audiences
Experience developing marketing collateral and sales enablement tools from scratch
Comfortable working in fast‐paced environments with multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‐quality work quickly
Nice to have: basic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite)
