The Trade Assistant will provide the hands-on support required across the Refurbishment area, assisting with component handling, cleaning, preparation, assembly support, and general workshop activities.
This will ensure the team can continue to meet customer expectations while maintaining productivity and workflow.
Provide support services; including but not limited to:
Applying quality control techniques
Maintaining a secure and clean work place
Use basic hand and power tools
Operate basic workshop equipment
Lubricating mechanical equipment and components
Inspecting work for conformity to established standards
Basic measurement and inspection
Work in all sections within the Remanufacturing as required
Skills & Experience:
Preferred
Certificate II Engineering (Mechanical) or at least 1-2 years' industry experience
High Risk License to Operate Forklift
High Risk Licence to Operate Bridge and Gantry Cranes
