Casual Customer Service/Administration role (Health Services)
Working Monday and Wednesday in our Blacktown Clinic
4 Days casual – additional 2 days work from home
About us
MAX Health (apart of AKG) partners with organisations to deliver a range of innovative workplace medical services such as medical assessments, early intervention programs and medical advisory services.
We are seeking a self-motivated and confident person to support in the delivery of MAX Health's workplace medical onsite service programs for our clients.
In thisrole you will be working in a fast paced, professional environment, with a strong focus on qualityand customer service.
About the role
Assist in Conducting occupational health screening assessments such as, but not limited to physical functional assessments, drug & alcohol screening, spirometry & audiometry testing
Managing enquiries and resolving issuesfrom employees, clients and healthcare practices about any administrative issues
Liaising and maintaining relationships with clients, managers, employees/candidates, practice managers, medical and allied healthcare professionals
Ordering and maintenance of health equipment and supplies
Administrative duties associated with tracking and collating candidate medical reports, vaccination history and assessment.
About you
Builds respective and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers
A strong communicator, both verbally and written
A multi-tasker, with outstanding time management skills, with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
Self-motivated, adaptable and flexible
A team player who can also work autonomously
Experience in working in health-related field with direct patient/customer contact or hold an Allied Health Certificate highly regarded
Hold a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
