Our client, a mid-sized, privately owned, Cleveland, Ohio-based multi-family real estate owner/operator, seeks a staff addition at theVP/GMlevel to help lead their expanding multi-family portfolio.
You will be directly responsible for operationally overseeing the entire portfolio.
This is a hands-on senior management role requiring a people leader.
The firm is an established, successful, profitable, and growing business seeking top-level talent and offering an attractive work culture, competitive compensation/perks, and the opportunity for growth both professionally and personally.
Only local, Cleveland-area candidates or those willing to relocate to Cleveland will be considered.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have 10+ years of experience in property management, substantial experience in the multifamily rental business,



and experience managing a ****-plus unit portfolio.
You should be experienced in property acquisitions and integrations.
Responsibilities:
Manage expanding multi-family property portfolio
Ensure successful property ongoing management
Manage at the executive level in a privately owned enterprise.
