We're looking for a high-performing Retail Operations Manager with strong sales DNA to join our team.
You'll oversee people, performance and operations while remaining close to high-value luxury sales.

Requirements
Your Role:
Own overall operational execution of the retail business and showroom
Own retail sales performance across the store network, with accountability for revenue, conversion and AOV
Recruit, train, develop and performance-manage store managers and retail teams
Build and enforce business processes, systems, rosters & operational standards
Lead sales performance through coaching and management
Work closely with owners & senior leadership on strategy and execution
Prepare the business for multi-store expansion and scalability
Support high-value sales & VIP clients when required
Ensure showroom presentation,

What We're Looking For:
Proven Retail Operations Leader – Experience running a jewellery or premium retail business
Expansion Experience (Preferred) – Exposure to opening or scaling retail stores and teams
Strong Business Acumen – Commercial thinker with P&L; and performance awareness
Proven People Leader – Experienced in hiring, training, coaching & managing teams
Robust Sales Background – Demonstrated success in high-value luxury sales
Highly Organised & Systems-Driven – Process-focused with strong attention to detail
Tech-Savvy & Commercially Analytical – Confident with reporting, P&L;, KPIs, forecasting and performance planning
Confident Decision-Maker – Takes ownership and leads with accountability
