Life Without Barriers is seeking a Therapeutic Youth Worker (Significant Disabilities) to support young people aged 12–17 in a residential setting in Bronte, NSW. The role is part of Intensive Therapeutic Care, helping youth overcome trauma and develop life skills within a secure, homelike setting.
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting youth with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability, with willingness to learn communication strategies and perform personal care.
