The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‐on exposure across bothfinance and fund operations.
You'll be involved in refining internal processes, improving efficiency, and supporting the core activities of a dynamic funds management environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining and updating the fund registry
Managing payments and transaction processing
Performing daily and monthly reconciliations
Assisting with fund reporting and compliance documentationSupporting unit pricing and ensuring data accuracy
Contributing to client onboarding and transitions
Leveraging technology, including AI tools,



to streamline workflows
About You
You'll bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in funds management.
What we're looking for:
Degree in Accounting (or currently completing)
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Prior fund administration/accounting experience (preferred but not essential)
Must be fluent in Mandarin
