Autograph Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Expert at Pier One Sydney Harbour to deliver outstanding front desk and guest services.
You will manage check-ins/check-outs, handle reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve issues quickly to ensure a memorable stay.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a busy hotel setting, strong customer service skills, and the ability to upsell and build guest loyalty while maintaining skilled, welcoming service.
