Proven Workday experience– hands-on configuration, support, or analysis (Workday Payroll is a strong plus)
Experience in aBusiness Systems AnalystorFunctional Analystrole
Strong experience gathering and writingbusiness/technical requirements(especially inJira)
Skilled intestingsystem updates or new features
Ability to workcross-functionallywith both business and IT teams
Solid communication skills– can clearly translate between business needs and technical teams
